Product listings, rental rates and availability on this site are provided for information. They are not a binding offer to supply. An order exists once we have confirmed it with you directly.

Not medical advice

Everything here is general information about equipment and coverage. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace guidance from your treating clinician. Prescriptions and eligibility

Many of the items we supply require a prescription or specific documentation from a physician before they can be dispensed or billed. Listing an item here does not mean you qualify for it, and does not mean your plan will cover it.

Pricing, coverage and availability

Prices and rental rates shown are subject to change and to confirmation of your specific plan benefits. What you pay depends on your coverage, your deductible, your physician's documentation and the item actually supplied. We confirm your cost with you before we deliver anything.

Rental agreements govern

Equipment rentals are governed by the written rental agreement signed at delivery. That agreement covers the rate, the deposit, the minimum term, your responsibility for the equipment, and how it is returned. Where the rental agreement and this website disagree, the rental agreement controls.

Returns, exchanges and hygiene

Some items cannot be returned once supplied, for infection-control reasons and because federal rules restrict the resale of certain dispensed products. Return and exchange terms depend on the item and on how it was billed, and are set out in the paperwork supplied with it. Call us before returning anything.

Trademarks and manufacturer names

Manufacturer names, logos and product names shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They appear to identify the brands we carry. Their appearance does not imply that the manufacturer endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with SunCare Medical Supply. Any manufacturer who would prefer their mark shown differently, or not shown, can reach us at info@suncaremedsupply.com and we will act on it.

Our content

The text, layout and photography on this site, other than the manufacturer marks described above, belong to SunCare Medical Supply or are licensed to us. Please do not republish them without asking.
